With her own personal health risks, Michelle found a new career path helping others. “I understand wanting to feel better and to move better. Our body is a well-defined machine which craves proper fuel and maintenance, if neglected it won’t achieve peak performance.”

Certified through the National Personal Training Institute as a personal trainer and nutritionist, Michelle knows “change isn’t easy but its necessary for growth and progression. We need to keep moving forward.” Coaching clients to use the tools they have within, Michelle helps guide them through the challenges of change to a successful and healthy lifestyle.

With various programs to fit each individual, Michelle keeps it interesting and challenging. Along with proper nutrition, a well-rounded fitness routine is emphasized, because “dedication and hard work pay off, every time!”
