It is Thanksgiving week in the United States. For many people this is a very busy time. There is a marathon cooking session followed by a frantic shopping spree the next day. If you are spending two or three days on your feet then this message is for you!
Before you sit down to rest at the end of each day take a few moments to stretch. Stretch you calves using the runner’s stride. Relax into a forward fold…simply bend at the waistline and hang over the front side of your body. Massage your feet by rolling them over a tennis ball. (This is my favorite…feels sooooo good!) Stretch for your shoulders and upper back. Roll your head side to side. A few moments of stretching each night will help you relax and feel great in the morning.
