Hi Chris, just wanted to drop a note and tell you how much we enjoy our weekly training sessions with Michelle. She makes us feel that we are truly star athletes (well, almost). Seriously, she is a great cheerleader in addition to teaching us how to strengthen our bodies and as a result are both benefiting tremendously!
