What To Expect

At Body Within, we pride ourselves on getting you started with a fitness program safely and effectively for a lifestyle of being physically “ABLE” and in good health.  Here’s how it works….

  • First, let’s chat!  A thirty minute complimentary consultation to learn more about your health history, workout history, and what you’d like to achieve. During this time we will also explore our training plans and programs to accomplish your goals. 

  • Next, let’s move!  A fitness assessment to find your strengths, imbalances, and asymmetries to establish a baseline of where your starting from and how to progress you toward your goals. 

  • Finally, let’s take action!  Scheduling private workout sessions with your degreed and certified trainer for education, motivation, and accountability leading to consistency, which is key to winning the fitness game!
