Boot Camps and Small Groups

Body Within has small groups that meet throughout the year, but starting in early spring and running through Halloween it is time to get outside and have some fun. Leave the treadmill behind and say good-bye to the four walls of the gym. Spring is the perfect time to breathe some fresh air into your fitness routine.

All of Body Within's invigorating fitness classes are 50 minutes long and include:

  • Warm-up.
  • Cardio Intervals.
  • Upper and Lower Body Strengthening.
  • Core Conditioning.
  • Stretching.


All boot camps and small group classes are open to all fitness levels, but are capped at 10 participants per class. For information regarding times, locations, cost or to register please fill out our contact form.
